When someone passes, you are not alone
We will guide you step by step and point you to the right people near you: your masjid, a ghusl facility, a kafan, and a Muslim cemetery. Your funeral home handles the paperwork and transport; your masjid coordinates the prayer and burial. If you are stuck at any step, call us.

Reporting opens Janazat, Beckah's free janaza registry. You will sign in with Google; it takes about 3 minutes. Janazat records the masjid, prayer time and cemetery once you have chosen them — it does not call anyone for you.
If no one answers, leave a voicemail and we call you back.

Recent janazat in your area are on the Janazat app. If a janaza was never recorded, you can add it there; every record lives in a safe, secure database kept for the Muslims, so families can learn about their people and relatives can find one another — including on Ansabb, our family-lineage site in the same ecosystem.

Grief does not end at the graveside. We can connect you with imams and mashayikh nearby for comfort and du'a, and for the practical questions that follow — inheritance (mirath), condolences (ta'ziyah), and caring for the family in the days after. For rulings, your imam is the one to ask.
