Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Last updated: June 2026

What we collect

We collect information you provide directly — for example when you donate, sign up for our newsletter, submit a form, or create an account. This may include your name, email, phone number, and any details you choose to share. We also collect limited technical data (such as anonymous analytics) to improve the site.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, deliver our programs, process donations, send communications you've requested, and operate and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.

Sensitive information (revert community)

Information you record in the revert community — including your declaration of faith, wishes, and trusted contacts — is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. It is stored securely, access is strictly limited, and it is never shared except as you direct or to protect your rights as you have asked us to. You may delete it at any time.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (such as our payment processor and email provider), and only as needed. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, request access to or deletion of your data, and update your account information. Contact info@beckah.org for any request.

Security & retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data and retain it only as long as necessary for the purposes described.

This document is provided for transparency and will be finalised with legal counsel before launch. For questions, email info@beckah.org.
